Atenci&oacute; a la presa de postura asseguda. Des de la postura de peu concentrar-se en el moviment del cos al passar a la postura assentada. <\/p>\n<p>2. Tornar-se a aixecar i fer el mateix moviment per&ograve; amb l&rsquo;esfor&ccedil; just<\/p>\n<p>3. Una vegada asseguts prendre consci&egrave;ncia de la postura : verticalitat de l&rsquo;esquena i nuca.<\/p>\n<p>4. Eliminar l&rsquo;esfor&ccedil; in&uacute;til tot deixant l&rsquo;esfor&ccedil; just.<\/p>\n<p>5. Comptar les inspiracions i les espiracions: En inspirar 1 en espirar 1; en inspirar 2 en espirar 2; etc fins a 10 i tornar a comen&ccedil;ar.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Punts d&rsquo;atenci&oacute;:<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">-aconseguir que la inspiraci&oacute; = espiraci&oacute;<br \/>-posar l&rsquo;atenci&oacute; en el punt on es nota el pas de l&rsquo;aire (sobre el llavi o als narius)<\/div>\n<p>6. Atenci&oacute; a la respiraci&oacute;: la flu&iuml;desa, la espontane&iuml;tat i inconsci&egrave;ncia del moviment,&hellip;. amb voluntat de descobrir elements desapercebuts. <\/p>\n<p>7.
